i’m really happy with the aftercare. My old bag came back looking almost brand new.

The refund took longer than I was hoping for, and at first I was annoyed, well, maybe not annoyed, more just impatient. It did eventually show up, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience. Just a little slower than I would’ve liked.

I guess the only tiny thing was I kept checking the tracking a bit too much, but that’s more me being impatient than anything else. Everything was packed really nicely and arrived with no issues.
