Outstanding customer service at every step. I ordered a beautiful Mulberry purse for my partner for Christmas, which arrived within two days and came complete with high quality Mulberry packaging including tissue paper, gift bag, gift box & ribbon. Unfortunately, while she loved the purse it was simply too big. I contacted Mulberry by email to arrange the return of the item and rather than a refund I requested a gift card that could be used in the future.

Their response was superb; they have immediately arranged for a courier to collect the purse at their expense and will be sending my partner a gift card by return. Every step of the process was easy and their employee Georgia House could not have offered a better service. Georgia was efficient with her replies, courteous, professional and is a credit to the Mulberry brand.

I've had the Darley purse for 11 months and a couple of weeks ago the clasp snapped off. It took a couple of days to get a reply, but once I did I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. The agent I was dealing with, Parris, was super helpful and so speedy at getting back to me. She's made the repair process very quick and simple. Thanks!
